So how do you pronounce the word without appearing like a dork? I mean, what if you're at that part with the SCA members and you pronounce it with the "ee" sound at the end, but it turns out that they use the pronunciation with the "s" sound at the end? How do you recover from such a faux pax? And will you ever be invited to their parties again?
