Who in the world is Sarah Palin? Of all the Veep choices available to McCain, why this newbie Governor from Alaska and what does she have to offer as VP? Talk about pulling a candidate out of left field!
She's conservative, staunchly pro-life and anti-gun control...and a woman.
You know, if McCain were in his 40's or 50's...even his 60's I'd not be so concerned about his running mate. However, considering the average American male life expectancy, there's a slim chance this Palin will be called upon to serve as President before four years is over. I pray not, but....
Palin is going to have a lot to prove in the next couple of months. I hope McCain wasn't counting on women to vote for her just because she's "one of us." Remember..."Country First."

Why not
At least McCain is for America. I don't know much about her but she seems to make as much sense as anyone else. There is nothing wrong with being Pro Life, and beleive in the right to defend one's self as it is our "Right and Duty" to do so. I believe a lot of women will be able to identify with her.
